JORAYEV SHUKRULLO RAHIMOVICH

Head of the Department of Studies in Contemporary Islam of the 
Imam Maturidi International Scientific Research Center

Jorayev Shukrullo Rahimovich was born in 1982 in the Asaka district of the Andijan region. He graduated from Tashkent Islamic University in 2005, and in 2007 he graduated from this university with a master’s degree.

Jorayev Shukrullo has worked in the following positions until now:

In 2005-2007, teacher at the Tashkent College of Economics;

In 2007-2009, head of the Department of Islamic Law at Tashkent Islamic University;

In 2009-2018, senior researcher at the Shariah (Fiqh) Department of the Research Center of Islamic Studies of Tashkent Islamic University;

In 2018-2020, chief specialist of the Information and Analysis Center for the study of religious and social processes of the Committee on Religious Affairs under the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan;

From 2021, he  worked as the head of the Publications Department of the Imam Maturidi International Scientific Research Center. Since 2023, he has been working as the head of the Contemporary Islamic Studies Department.

Jorayev Shukrullo completed an internship in the Arab Republic of Egypt in 2010.

In 2022, he defended his doctoral dissertation on the topic "Specific features of regulation of international relations in the works of Muhammad Shaybani".

Jorayev Shukrullo is the author of more than 30 scientific articles.
